The Canadian Marijuana Party sells "therapeutic marijuana" through their website at marijuanahomedelivery.ca. The site declares that their goal is to "provide service to those communities and individuals unable to access Canada's established compassion clubs."
Their procedure requires clients to become a member before placing an order. Membership requirments include a doctor's letter or sworn declaration that the client suffers from a medical condition treatable by cannabis. They accept checks and money orders only.
Marijuana Home Delivery offers a 2 gram trial for $30, and 10 grams for $120.

A new online pot dealer is Bud Buddy, which recently starting advertising on the Cannabis Culture website. Based in Vancouver, Bud Buddy offers 3 grams for $45 and half ounces for $140, shipping included. They accept cash only.
Bud Buddy doesn't require a doctor's note or sworn declaration, but their order form does include simple checkboxes for buyers to declare their use to be medicinal, with the broad range of ailments including PMS, insomnia and anxiety.
All of these sites state firmly that they only ship their buds within Canada, and that orders from the USA or other countries will not be filled.
These three services have a good reputation for filling their orders and delivering high-quality ganja. Undoubtedly these are the first of what will be a quickly expanding segment of Canada's cannabis economy.

Bud Buddy SCAM
Hey folks, just wanted to share my experience with Bud Buddy as a warning to the honest smoking community out there. First off, my order was "short $55" as indicated by a sticky note when my order finally did arrive (no tracking # send as promised). So because of this missing $55, one of the bags was short 5gs....fair enough, HOWEVER, the second bag included in the order was also SHORT 21.7gs as well?!?!?! After a number of emails, asking what the deal was,I was simply ignored. I guess he feels that even with his SKY HIGH prices he still needs to conduct this sort of a scam to make that little bit of extra gravy. Avoid this crook at ALL COSTS!

I can honestly say that every order I've sent for, has been eventually received. The problems have only popped up in the last few months.
Their service has never sucked so much. I've received orders where they didn't bother to vacuum seal. If you don't explicitly list which strain you want, they'll send you the shittiest buds ever. For my last order it took almost a month before I received my last order, and only after multiple emails. Sending by xpress with tracking doesn't help either. They still take their f**king time.
It's like they're under a new crappy management. They updated their website, jacked up their prices and lowered their service quality.

I have never ripped one person off in my life I can only assure delivery within Canada but when orders leave Canada there is a chance that the package will be found going threw customs. When I ship an order my dues are paid and I have nothing else to do, if a package is losted in customs it's not my fault. As for my site being worded almost the same as budbuddys is because like all of you I'm a stoner who has fantastic grows but still very lazy, and after viewing all the mom sites that I knew were legit I realized that budbuddys had the best policies and layout for a site that didnt require a sign up so I saved myself alot of time and copied some of it. Honestly I dont care if people are bashing my name online I'm doing just fine like that, without giving out "free samples" or advertising on forums but mainly my point is that you dont judge a book by it's cover.

Wow, after I didnt get my order and got threatened I found this site. Had no idea the problem was getting this big, people should of stopped using him when the first reports came in.
Also it seems this guy is keeping customer records. Like I said he threatend me when I contacted him about my order not coming. The thing is, he threated my GF's address not mine, and I havent lived with my GF for almost a year now and have placed several orders from where I am now.

Let us common folk show what scammers deserve by FLOODING HIS EMAIL WITH FALSE ORDERS AND SPAMMING HIS EMAIL ACCOUNT UNTIL HE EITHER SHUTS DOWN, or smartens up.Every email has a limit of messages they can hold. Filling his P.O box at his address with junkmail would halt his operation or at least slow it down.

Iv'e been using Budbuddy for a couple of yrs. and up until as of late would have recommended his service to my friends.
5 weeks ago two of my friends and I all went to the post office to send our orders out. We never recieved anything, not even a trcking #. Buddy is ignoring all of our e-mails. Not only am I out my share, but I have to pay my lfe time friends what they are out to save face! Thats a total of 9 hundred plus three express envelope's and money order fee's! This is outragous and totaly a scam. Buddy shape up or ship out cause yo suck!

A reliable source of mine saw Budbuddy on Hastings last week trying to buy Rock but to no avail due to the area was totally polluted with law inforecement at the time! For you would be buyers beware buddy is on roll to disaster. try sending them an order/menu request from another email address...and then send them an email from the address you used for your order and ask them to send you your tracking number. if you sent both emails at around the same time, then its reasonable to assume that they will be replied back at around the same time.
give them up to a day to reply back with your tracking number. that should give them more than enough time to get your tracking number and send it to you.
if they replied to the order/menu request first but not to your email requesting tracking number, and you waited at least a day from when they replied to your order/menu request, then there is a good chance you were SCAMMED.

Well, I assume I was scammed. I've given them over a day and asked twice for a tracking # with no reply. I'm not going to set up another email, even though it is a good idea. All the other emails I sent they answered in less than a few hours (unless it was the evening) and usually faster than that. I'm just going to assume I've been scammed and unless I update this with a positive review in a week, you can assume the same. I wouldn't order from them until you hear positive feedback from me. If I never get the order, then I probably won't be back to post here. Probably be too busy picking stems and seeds out of dirt weed. Peace.

There are forums out there for you to find this information where there are moderators (mods) who work to weed out the scammers. THE COMMENTS SECTION HERE IS NOT MONITORED. The scammers are like hawks circling this place for their next prey. Google everything before you do anything. Educate yourself so you don't get scammed (or scammed again).

I say its more likely that he is checking the tracking info for any cash sent so that he can say it didnt arrive if the tracking wasnt updated. I mean who is going to call up canada post and try and get their money back for buying weed?

Budbuddy to my knowledge has always said to use money orders and has just recently suggested using cash because of the money order crackdown. If you send cash in the mail for ANYTHING there is a risk that the scumbags at Canada Post will steal it. If you must send cash use an Xpresspost envelope or you are just asking for trouble.
I have used Budbuddy without trouble for well over a year, but you know that some day the well may run dry, it is the price we pay to access medicine. Using this medicinal marijuana service is a grey area legally, but is better than buying weed from some dick on the street.
To be safe send small orders so you won't be hit hard if somebody intercepts your package. I believe that Bud is not ripping off his clients, it is the c*cksuckers at Canada Post, stealing the cash and medicine.
Bud should maybe have some address' Canada wide, cause I'm sure the posties are on the lookout for mail going to and from Vancouver, just waiting for a major score. Pay the $8 and use Xpresspost!
